I Believe you can FLY-butterfly progression

Butterfly stroke progression drills, after each round move on to the next drill in order. If swimmers are struggling with one of the drills, repeat as many 25’s as needed until they are getting it! Use good example swimmers as a visual aid if necessary.

Drills: Head lead body dolphin, hand lead body dolphin, double arm pull w/ underwater recovery, Blast off from bottom with pull,   6 kicks 1 pull, 3 kicks 1 pull.

Older kids can work: single arm fly, 2L-2R-2 double arm
